The Nexus Group primary data center is located in Nashville, TN with redundant data center facilities in Knoxville, TN and Memphis, TN.
When evaluating which data center to house their data, customers must pay special attention to the security and maintenance processes and procedures the provider adheres. The critical components of this are:
- Processes: All Nexus processes and procedures adhere to SAS 70 certification levels and our audited on a yearly basis.
- Discipline: All Nexus UPS, Battery Systems, HVAC, and Generator are under maintenance contracts with one of the premiere maintenance vendors in the region. With that, they are thoroughly tested and we would welcome the opportunity to share our testing results.
This attention to the details, has enabled our data center to run without power interruption since 2006.
